List of repairable products

Products released in Japan that can be repaired are listed. (As of December 1, 2022)

 

For products not listed in the table below, please contact RICOH or the nearest service centre before requesting repair.

 

■ Limited models are not listed, please check with standard models. If parts for limited models are out of stock, repair will be made with standard parts.

 

Even if a product is on the list, it may not be repairable due the condition of the product, such as significant damage due to severe impact damage, water or sand damage.

 

Note:  Accessories are not listed.

Lenses for film SLR cameras, film compact cameras, camcorders, VCRs, LCD TVs, 67 camera lenses, and lenses for 35mm film cameras before smc PENTAX FAJ lenses are no longer available as repair parts for all products have been discontinued. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
